Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the GetLEI service available at https://lei.renova.ee (the “Service”).

By submitting a request or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service provider

The Service is operated by:

Renova PCF OÜ provides administrative and technical services related to LEI registration, renewal, and management.

2. Scope of the service

The Service facilitates:

  • LEI registration

  • LEI renewal

  • LEI-related data management and updates

All Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) are issued by accredited LEI Issuing Organizations (LOU) within the global LEI system.

Renova PCF OÜ is not an LEI issuing authority and does not replace or control the decision-making process of any LOU.

3. No guarantee of issuance

LEI issuance, renewal, or validation depends on third-party verification performed by the relevant LOU.

While we make reasonable efforts to support the process, LEI issuance is not guaranteed and remains subject to:

  • data accuracy

  • ownership structure

  • regulatory requirements

  • LOU validation rules

4. Service levels

The Service may be provided under different service levels, including but not limited to:

a) Standard service

  • automated or semi-automated processing

  • suitable for simple corporate structures

b) Managed or enhanced service

  • additional validation

  • manual review and support

  • communication with the issuing organization

  • suitable for complex or corporate structures

The applicable service level depends on the information provided and the requirements identified during processing.

5. Service upgrade

If a request submitted under a standard service level requires additional validation, documentation, or manual processing, an upgrade to a managed service level may be required.

In such cases:

  • the client will be informed

  • additional fees may apply

  • processing may be paused until the upgrade is confirmed

This does not constitute an error or failure of the Service.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • ensuring that submitted data reflects the actual legal and ownership structure

  • responding to requests for additional information in a timely manner

Renova PCF OÜ is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate data.

7. Fees and payment

Service fees are displayed on the website or communicated prior to submission.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • all fees are exclusive of VAT (where applicable)

  • payment is required in advance

8. Refund policy

Service fees cover administrative, technical, and validation-related work.

Fees are non-refundable once processing has begun or data has been submitted for validation, regardless of the outcome of the LEI issuance or renewal process.

9. Processing time

Any timeframes mentioned on the website or in communication are indicative only.

Actual processing time depends on:

  • the complexity of the case

  • responsiveness of the client

  • verification procedures of the issuing organization

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Renova PCF OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service

Renova PCF OÜ does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party systems, including LEI Issuing Organizations and technical providers.

Renova PCF OÜ is not responsible for:

  • decisions made by third parties

  • temporary unavailability of external systems

12. Suspension or termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a request or access to the Service if:

  • false or misleading information is provided

  • the Service is misused

  • legal or regulatory requirements so demand

13. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and materials on https://lei.renova.ee are the property of Renova PCF OÜ or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will always be published at https://lei.renova.ee.
