About Renova PCF and the GetLEI project

GetLEI is a specialized service operated by Renova PCF OÜ, an Estonia-based company providing administrative and technical solutions for corporate and infrastructure-related needs.

Renova PCF works with international clients who operate in regulated environments and regularly interact with banks, brokers, investment platforms, and compliance frameworks. Over time, one recurring challenge became clear: obtaining and maintaining a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) is often mandatory, yet the process is either overly simplified with no support, or unnecessarily complex and time-consuming.

The GetLEI project was created to address this gap.

Why we built GetLEI

Many companies encounter LEI requirements at critical moments:

  • opening or maintaining bank accounts

  • accessing brokerage or trading platforms

  • structuring investments or SPVs

  • meeting regulatory or reporting obligations

In practice, companies face two extremes:

  • low-cost automated services with minimal guidance, or

  • heavy corporate processes designed for large institutions only

GetLEI was designed as a balanced service layer — combining automation for standard cases with managed support for more complex corporate structures.

What we do

GetLEI provides administrative and technical services that facilitate:

  • LEI registration

  • LEI renewal

  • LEI data management and updates

All LEIs are issued by accredited LEI Issuing Organizations (LOU) within the global LEI system.
GetLEI does not act as an issuing authority and does not replace the role of an LOU.

Our role is to:

  • structure and validate submitted information

  • manage the submission process

  • communicate with the issuing organization when required

  • support clients throughout standard and complex cases

How we work

We operate with a clear distinction between service levels:

  • Standard cases are handled through automated workflows for speed and efficiency

  • Complex or corporate cases are handled through managed processes with additional validation and human support

This approach allows companies to receive the appropriate level of service based on their structure, ownership, and regulatory context — without unnecessary friction.

While our operational base is in Estonia, the service is designed for international use and aligned with EU regulatory and data-protection standards.

We provide administrative and technical support, not financial, legal, or investment advice.

Our focus is reliability, transparency, and practical execution — ensuring that LEI requirements do not become an operational obstacle for our clients.
